From artists placing orders:

• Name, email address, and password (to create your artist account)
• Billing and shipping address (collected by Stripe for payment processing)
• Payment card information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers)
• Artist name, album name, and order details
• Content you upload to your artist page (music, photos, videos, bio)

From fan page visitors (when a fan taps a card):

• IP address and approximate location (city/region level)
• Device type and browser
• Timestamp of tap
• Pages viewed on the artist page

We do not require fans to create accounts or submit personal information to view artist pages.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your order
• Create and maintain your artist dashboard
• Send order confirmation and shipping updates
• Provide tap analytics to artists about their fan page activity
• Respond to support requests
• Improve our platform and services
• Send marketing emails (only with your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time)

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. DMG Press does not store your payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to your payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order
• Production partners — to print and program your cards (name and order details only)
• Law enforcement — if required by law or to protect rights and safety

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing [email protected] — note that some records may be retained as required by law.
